Dermot Seberry began his career as a chef and travelled the globe before returning to ‘Gods Country’ Irelands Boyne Valley and Oriel Region.

Inspired and impressed with the development of local Irish food, Dermot wrote his first 2 books to promote the development of Irish Artisan food producers.

Now Dermot represents food for Co. Louth and has developed this book to promote food tourism within the region.
